Bylaws, Policies, and Procedures
Our organization is guided by a combination of bylaws, policies, and procedures. Our bylaws were first adopted on January 24, 2022. Policies and procedures have been added over time to ensure our organization stays healthy, legally sound, fiscally responsible, and responsive to membership concerns. All documents are managed by the organization’s Secretary and include the date of first adoption and when they were amended.
