WALK & RUN
We are a walk & run club.
We invite you to join us, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. We meet twice a week to walk, run, or anything in between. We have participants who will walk or run at your speed, and at your distance.
We meet Wednesday evenings (Ecton Park) and Saturday mornings (Third Street Stuff & Coffee). The times change depending on the time of year, but our format remains the same. We group up together, make some club announcements, and share introductions. We educate new members on the best route and a walking or running partner for them. Then we take off! After we all finish, we have a meal or coffee together as a group.
You do not need to “train” to run with us. You do not need to “get to” any particular level. Some of our athletes are really, really fast; others are just starting (or getting back into it). But all of our athletes are constantly improving, because of our shared dedication.
No need to sign up — just show up, and let’s go.
TRACK TRAINING

In 2022, we launched Lexington’s first professional-level track training program, and it quickly became one of our members’ favorite programs.
We partner with local coaches and provide track workout trainings. These trainings begin with our participants sharing a recent 5K race time, and over 6 to 10 weeks, we do targeted and intentional exercises to hit new paces. Track workouts have been proven to be among the most effective ways to gain speed.
